In accordance with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003 (Code concerning the protection of personal data), our company Moro Minuterie s.r.l., Via Undicesima Strada 4/6 - 35129 Padova (PD), as owner of the data, informs that the processing of personal data, including email address, provided by filling in the forms available on its website, will be made for the purposes and conditions below.


Nature of data and purpose of treatment
Our company Moro Minuterie s.r.l. will only acquire and treat personal data and possibly fiscal data ; under no circumstances data definable as "sensitive", according to art. 4 of the Decree. N. 196/2003, will be treated.
Personal data provided to Moro Minuterie s.r.l. will be used by it for the pursuit of the following purposes:
a) to act on the specific requests communicated, through its website;
b) for the newsletter subscription and the subsequent receipt of various information concerning the sector in which Moro Hardware operates.

The obligatory nature of providing data
The conferment of data is obligatory in order to allow Moro … to process data for the execution of requests .
It is, however, optional for promotional and marketing activities in letters b) and c). Refusal to provide, in whole or in part, the personal data in question could make it impossible to fulfill the request, and prevent, however, the performance of promotional and marketing activities.

Methods of processing data
Data are organized in paper files and electronic databases; the processing of them is done through the use of manual instruments, information and electronic technology, and procedures that ensure the security and confidentiality, while still complying with the minimum security measures required by law (in accordance with the Technical Regulations regarding minimum of safety, Annex B to the Code for the protection of Personal Data).

Extent of knowledge of data
Data can be known by the staff of Moro … and in particular, will be aware of the data personnel of the commercial, marketing, administration and logistics department inside the company.

Diffusion of data
In any case, data can be diffused to other agencies or to people outside the company nor be communicated to third parties.

Exercise of rights under Art. 7 of the Decree. N. 196/2003
At any time, you can exercise your rights under art. 7, leg. decree n. 196 of 2003 (which text is attached below), and in particular ask for the free correction or deletion of data from the electronic archive, by sending an e-mail to the following email address: moromin@moromin.it

Art. 7 Legislative Decree no. 196 / 2003- right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. The person concerned has the right to obtain information:
a) about the source of personal data;
b) about the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) about the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments;
d) about the indication of the owner, manager and the representative appointed pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) about the subjects or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representative in the State, managers or agents.

3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data in violation of the law, including data that need not to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) confirmation that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except if this requirement is impossible or involves an use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The person concerned has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, though pertinent for collection purposes;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or carrying out market research or commercial communication.
Once acknowledged the information provided by Moro …, in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, consent is given to the inclusion of personal data in the electronic database for the newsletter and the subsequent processing of data for purposes related.
